APPRENTICESHIP - Multi-Channel Marketer

Location: Teagle Machinery, Blackwater, Cornwall
Starting Wage: £8.62/hour (increasing to £10.80/hour after Year 1)
Overview:
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you’ll report directly to the Marketing manager, supporting the delivery of both digital and traditional marketing activities. This varied role will give you exposure to all aspects of marketing, from social media to events.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and scheduling social media content

Updating and managing content on our website

Assisting with email campaigns and reporting

Helping prepare brochures, flyers, and digital assets

Contributing to trade show and event planning

Managing media libraries and brand resources

Tracking and reporting on campaign performance

Liaising with suppliers, dealers, and internal teams
Skills & Knowledge:
- Genuine interest in marketing and digital communications
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of key social media platforms
- Keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Interest in design, media, or visual content creation
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage

Qualifications

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (required)

A Level, BTEC, or equivalent qualification in a related field (desirable)
